(opened out; some overall wear and dusting - small stain well clear of stamps and marks) to Liverpool 'per first steamer' with 1st-Issue 3d blue strip of three (RH stamp bisected diagonally; close to wide margins all round except where bisected; tiny rub at one corner) tied by fair Albion Mines barred ovals and a fair red tombstone-framed "PAID/LIVERPOOL" ds with black Halifax (?) hs "5" accountancy mark (crease) beside the stamps.
