NOVA SCOTIA 3,5: Three Pence dark blue with clear to large margins showing part of next stamp plus Six Pence dark green (one margin added but belongs), both tied by grid cancels to partial MONEY LETTER from Windsor 22 FE 1860 to Halifax, despatch cds and same day receiver on back, filing fold affects 3d stamp, a VERY RARE NINE PENCE RATE FRANKING, with 2015 Greene Foundation certificate stating ‘Scott No. 3,5, used on cover but 6 pence has been removed, rebacked’, ex Fox, Bridgeport, Gray, etc. (Image)
