Scott Catalogue notes: "Very fine examples of Nos. 1-19, 27-29, and 31-38 will have perfortations touching the design on at least one side due to the narrow spacing of the stamps on the plates.Stamps with perfs clear of the design on all four sides are extremely scarce and will command higher prices."
