image 1942, King George VI, 1½d pale red brown (Scott 260), two margin singles, plus Scott #237 and 259 (the latter with control and cylinder numbers), tied to attractive "Player's Navy Cut" advertising cover by four of five strikes of "Spitalfields Market B.O.E.1" c.d.s. dated 28 SP 42; both #260s are margin singles, one with part arrow and sheet number, the other with control and cylinder numbers; stamps fresh and bright, the crayon-crossed Registered cover with signs of wear and a small tear at top away from stamps; penned notations front and back note the lighter shade's first day of issue, Fine+, a nice addition for a King George VI collection.
