German Colonies Marshall Islands, 1900, bisected 10 pf. for 5 pf., cds JALUIT 1/3 00, on a newspaper wrapper, it is of legitimated postal use and was transported to destination, an arrival cancellation was not necessary, it is estimated that around 50 bisections were maid on postcards and newspaper wrapper, exceedingly rare (less than 10 still exists) and one of the most desirable ones, in fact one of the very rare postage bisections from the German colonies based on a real demand, the Scott and Michel listing differentiate between the postcard and the newspaper usage, cert Bothe, XF!
