image JAPAN COLLECTION, includes a few thousand mixed mint and used but mostly used, hinged and mounted in two three ring binders, the collection runs to about 2000 and includes some B.O.B. material, most of the value here is in the early issues, there is duplication with quantities generally in the 1-3 range with a few higher, some of the duplication is due to varieties, the overall condition of this collection is very nice with many Very Fine stamps, there are some faults to be expected especially in the early issues, we notice several items with values in the $50 range and some even higher, lots of stamps here (Image)

image EXTENSIVE MINT AND USED KOREA COLLECTION, includes thousands of mint and used singles, pairs, blocks, strips, booklets, S/S's and sheetlets, in addition there are several hundred covers along with some FDC's, the collection starts about 1948 and runs through 2013 and includes some B.O.B. material, mounted in seven Scott Speciality albums, in addition there is one album of the imperf S/S's of two which runs from 1975-97 and is fairly complete for the period, most of the material here is mint but there are a few dozen large used multiples included, much of the value here is in the hundreds of mint sheets and sheetlets, there is some duplication in this area with 1-3 of each sheet, there are a number of singles and sets with values in the $20-100 range with some higher, most of the mint appears to be NH, there are a couple hundred complete booklets here, the overall condition is very clean with only some scattered faults in the early material, about 90% of the catalog value is after 1950, a most amazing collection with a huge amount of total value and certainly a huge amount of retail value if broken down properly, without question the best Korea collection we have ever offered, well worth careful consideration (Image)

image KOREAN WAR POSTAL HISTORY COLLECTION, includes about 200 various covers used during the war period, there are a few dozen stamps included, mounted on album pages in two three ring binders, there are a number of various country usages along with a strong U.S. number of covers, the overall condition is mixed and there are faults, most of the value here is in the covers, we have included a number of scans of this collection on our website, without question the most important Korean war postal history collection we have ever offered, there are several covers which would retail in the $50-100 range and higher, well worth a good look and certainly a very important collection for the specialist in this area, (ENV 1,000-1,500) (Image)
