image image Viet Nam (North), Specialized Collection During the Period Under Viet Minh Control, 1946-54. Mainly on pages. Noted Tongking 1946 overprint on lndo-China 25c blue 18mm size single and pair, 20mm size pair plus block of 4 with two units missing "V VIET NAM N" in overprint. 1951-55 Ho Chi Minh and Map perf set of 3 plus imperforate 100d green and 100d brown plus latter also in block of 4, 1953-55 Production Campaign set of 6 in blocks of 4, 1954 100d violet with Postage Due overprint red and a second one in purple. Other Central Annam and lnter Zone IV and V issues. As is to be expected this collection does contain fakes and forgeries including covers, but much is also genuine (144 items with many blocks of 4 or larger). A great reference collection.
