MAIL TO THE YOUNGHUSBAND/BRITISH EXPEDITION; 10 Sep. 1904 Argentina 5c env. (opened out, small faults & repairs and two stamps missing) to Sub Lieutenant Grant Army of Operations in Tibet, Simla, India redirected to 'Secretariat Buildings' then back to 'Shillong' and finally '8th Gurkas, Gauhati' with some ten cds's on rear. Note: LT John Grant had recently won a Victoria Cross for his efforts in storming the Gyantse fortress. Remarkable and rare example of mail to this Expedition.
