EXTENSIVE PHILIPPINES COLLECTION, includes hundreds of virtually all mint, mounted in five Palo hingeless albums with dust covers, the collection runs to about 2004 and includes some B.O.B., much of the value here is in the first album which has the Spanish and U.S. Admin. issues, the overall condition is mixed with faults to be expected in the early issues but then for the most part the collection is very clean with mostly NH singles, sets and S/S's, some of the better stamps include: 4, 187*, 212*, 217A*(2), 219*, 223*, 223A*, 224*, 253-54*, 273-74*, 281*, 289*, 352*, 473*, 477*, 481*, C17*, E1*, J5*, N7*, 2371E*(wrong portrait), there is almost $3,000 is catalog value in the 1981-2003 period, a really wonderful collection which deserves careful consideration and certainly one of the better Philippines collections we have ever offered (Image)
