image Coin album converted into a stockbook for all the Australian Colonies/States with lots of pickings and lots of perils. For example, the Sydney Views comprise 1d x6, 2d x5 & 3d x7 including a few varieties but the quality is very mixed, three of the Pennies are forgeries & one 3d is bogus with a fake cancel, more forgeries in the Laureates & trimmed perfs in the 'imperf' Diadems. Queensland includes Imperf 1d 2d & 6d but the 2d is a No Wmk stamp with the perfs removed, the 1880 10/- & 20/- have fake cancels... you get the picture, massive catalogue value if they were all OK, but they're not. Despite all the problems, there are plenty of nice stamps, loads of 'spacefillers' & it's a good buy at our estimate. (Qty many 100s) (Image1)
