1/- blue-green Plate 3 John Ash ('N' over 'N') Imprint block of 4 ACSC 34(3)z with Break on Northern Coast of Tasmania apparently Retouched, folded in the gutter, the lower units are unmounted, Cat $1000+ for mounted.
10/- grey & pale pink ACSC 49 (SG 112) corner block of 4 from the L/R of the R/H pane, light bend across the lower units, very fresh appearance but the gum a trifle aged, unmounted, Cat $12,000+ (£1900++ for mounted singles). A rare multiple. [Sold at our auction of 25.3.2021 for $2755]
£2 grey-black & rose-carmine with Major Break in the Bight ACSC 57(D)h (Advanced State) and 'SPECIMEN' Overprint, a couple of nibbled perfs, Cat $900++ (the variety, without overprint, Cat $8000).
