Ingoing 1868ca: Entire letter despatched at the Austrian Consular P.O. in Belgrade 2/4 to Bucarest, taxed 25 bani, being the rate to Romania. The arrival mark 'Bukarest' is dated 8/4. 1865/1970: Comprehensive collection of stamps and entires on pre-printed leaves and on stock cards, with strength in all areas, beginning with the 1865 issue 'CUZA', with good ' CHARLES I' and subsequent issues. The pre-war issues are collected specialised by perforation. There is strength in the occupation issues including a reply card with canceller 'GIORGIU' and a good study of the fiscal stamps of the occupation. Futhermore there a significant numbers of perfins and other back of the book, items as well as some good inter-war sets, Post office in the levant and some specialities such as proofs and others. The condition is mostly clean with later materials mainly unmounted.
