A very rare destination from Australia. [Podor is the northernmost town in Senegal on an island in the river dividing Senegal & Mauretania. Louga is a cattle-market centre close to the coast in the NW of the country. The card was taxed only for the postage deficiency of ½d but it should also have been taxed the same amount for the war tax not having been paid]
