USA Plate Blocks and Plate Singles - 4 manila pages binders with at least $350 in face. Includes a $1 Prexie (Scott 831), a few better airmail plate blocks (note Scott C16 x 2, C21 plate strip of 10, C22 plate block/6) and later values to 1991 with face values to 50¢, and a small group of 13 "ghost" plate blocks from the 1960-70's. There are a few mail early and zip blocks also. Could be helpful to a plate block collector and use the rest for mailing. Generally F-VF throughout. (Est $400-450) (Image)
