"LABUAN" used on registered cover to Ulm, Germany via Italy, all tied by "LABUAN/OC 15/1896" c.d.s., Reg. handstamps and Labuan '16 Oct 96' c.d.s. alongside, Italian Rome-Pisa railway dater and Ulm '12 NOV 96' arrival c.d.s. on the reverse. The 8c. with damaged corners at left and a vert. cover fold (not affecting adhesive), fine else.
