1949 UPU MAJOR DRY PRINT ERROR: 2½d ultramarine lower left corner marginal block of six, displaying extreme dry print, significantly affecting 4 of the 6 stamps, left corner stamp with less than 5% of design present. Block is mounted on selvedge only, the top right stamp being creased. A letter of valuation from Stanley Gibbons dated 21 Jun. 1950 accompanies. Most unusual and visually spectacular.
