1862-87 QV Stamps, the mint and used selection on pages including 1862 6d imperforate plate proofs (2) and proof strip of four in black from the defaced plate, 1862-67 1d (4) and 6d (5) used all apparently imperf but probably cut down from misperforated or partly perforated stamps, 1862 rough perf 6d unused no gum (light crease), 1863-67 1d mint or unused (4, all three shades, S.G. 7, 7b mint), all 1876-84 issues mint or unused (S.G. 20, 22/3 mint), all 1863-87 issues used, 1887 2½d with large "2" showing slanting foot mint or unused and used (2), also cancellations with English Harbour c.d.s (2) or "A18" (2), revenues (23) and a few forgeries. image Village Cancels. 1930-36 Covers with village cancels of All Saints, Bendals, Cedar Grove, Falmouth, Green Bay, Gunthorpes, Pares, St. Marys or St. Johnstons, the last two covers registered with registration labels of St. Johns. Most philatelic but still very scarce, the Freeland & Jordan Antigua handbook illustrates another 1933 cover of Pares described as "possibly the only surviving early cover", and states only about half a dozen examples of St. Johnstons are recorded (this example possibly the only known registered cover).
