image Bamber & Co.'s Express, cover to Warm Springs, Cal, a great strike, tying a 3¢ Washington (#26), of a rather fancy "J. Bamber & Co./PAID/Contra Costa Express" oval cancel; edge wear, backflap missing and a few additional tears to reverse, but a grade A strike—extremely rare tying the stamp, Very Fine cancel.
