NY slogan cancel dated Oct 4 1924; stamp set to very edge of cover, but right-side perforations all sound; perforations just in at right, Fine to Very Fine, Scott values this issue with perforations just touching frameline on one side, with 1995 and 2013 P.F. certificates.
Printed rotary, this stamp was perforated gauge 11 on a machine designed for flat plate printings. This production anomaly led to poor centering on the issue due to the difference between the flat and rotary plate sizes.
