Also about 200 other covers including better first days from around the world plus interesting commercial mail. Note two scarce St Kitts - Nevis censored covers, both to Canada, with very scarce St Kitts censor handstamps. Also note first days from Hong Kong, Pitcairn Islands, a 1937 Coronation first flight cover and USA first days that include 1980 Gillcraft covers and House of Farnham covers. image Worldwide Large Accumulation of Covers and Cards in Two Tubs and a Banker's Box, 1880s to 1990s, many are loose but some are also in cover albums or cover boxes. We estimate about 2,500 covers and postcards in all, mostly first day covers but also includes postal stationery, first flight covers, commercial mail, picture postcards, etc. Noted censored mail and lots of other interesting items. Strength is in USA, Britain, Ireland, Channel Islands, France and more. There is a nice group of 22 covers from 1960 commemorating the Falmouth Packet. Some faults present but vast majority is very fine. We recommend looking at this one in person to better appreciate the large variety of material present. (Image)

image 1947 Leo Cejtlin (Jewish Camp) Displaced Persons Covers to Montréal, includes a FEB.19.1947 cover mailed Field Post Office 424 with 2 faint strikes in violet reading "Displaced Persons Mail / Paid" circular markings. Some edge creasing and with contents. Other is undated but has British Censor re-sealing tape at left tied by a Crown over "0005 British Censorship Germany" handstamp and a clear "Displaced Persons Mail / Paid" handstamp at right. Small piece missing at top otherwise attractive. Both from 2719 B Camp, 2719 Assembly Centre, 800 Control Unit for Leon Cejtlin B.A.O.R. (British Army of the Rhine). (Image)

image 1948 Arab-Israeli War Group of 6 Prisoner of War and Displaced Persons Covers, includes 2 Egypt P.O.W.s in Israel covers, one with Egypt censor handstamp and a Red Cross handstamp, the other has an Israel censor handstamp and Red Cross handstamp. Also a P.O.W. cover with 10 mil Egypt stamp and an Israeli censor handstamp and a cover to Jordanian P.O.W. in Israel from an Israel Arab with a Tel-Aviv censor stamp. Also a postcard to an Israeli P.O.W. in Jordan and lastly an Egypt displaced person cover from Gaza to Majdal with Egypt military censor and a 2-line Israeli "Military Liaison to the International Red Cross" handstamp. Three have Southern Rhodesia Crown over "Passed / DE / 25" handstamps, one with a "U.S. Censorship / Passed" circular handstamp and 2 with 2-line "P/W Middle / East 292 (&204)" handstamps.
