1865 3d Pale Blue Seal of British Columbia, mint with full original gum. Accompanied by a 2020 Greene Foundation certificate which mentions "gum slightly worn off on paper wrinkles" which we qualify as harsh, as we are of the opinion that it is never hinged, and that there are natural gum streaks.
