image [Germany] 1904, Louisiana Purchase complete (Scott 323-327), the complete set tied by Oct 31, 1904 "EXPOSITION STA./ 1" duplex handstamps (Bomar St. L04-01) on a World's Fair Souvenir Post Card to Berlin, Germany, but with not German receiver; the card is a Cupples black & white view of "Festival Hall and Cascades"; there is some heavy mounting damage on the picture side and the 3¢ & 5¢ stamps were affixed slightly above the edge of the card, otherwise Fine to Very Fine, Bomar notes that 21 examples recorded.
