Left sheet margin copy, full margins, touched at top, tied by blue "1" in circle drop-letter rating handstamp on light blue folded drop cover addressed to Thomas Swann Esqr. in Baltimore; stamp with small abrasion and split due to file fold, reaffixed askew, Very Fine appearance, a very rare example of carrier stamp tied by drop-rate marking.
