Collection of 1977 Official Sterling Silver Proofs "World's Greatest Stamps", consisting of 50 hallmarked proofs minted in solid sterling silver (.925) by The Franklin Mint and issued in limited edition by the International Society of Postmasters. The collection comes in its original presentation packaging with Certificate of Authenticity (certified Dec. 5th 1977) and accompanied with an information booklet. Coins are minted sterling silver (.925) issued in limited edition by the International Postmasters Association. Each cover has their certificate of authenticity on the reverse accompanied by a bilingual description of the stamp. The total weight of the 12 coins is 240 grams. Very Fine.
