image France Mint and Used Collection in a Minkus Album, 1849 to 1976, with a mix of mint and used throughout, mostly all in black mounts (with many NH), starts off with a good selection of classics and goes on fairly strongly until the end, with complete and incomplete sets, good quality throughout but saw no very expensive stamps. A nice collection, see scans for an idea. (Image)

image France Mint and Used Collection in Three Lighthouse Hingeless Albums with Matching Slipcases, 1850s to 2000, with printed pages starting only in 1945 (stock pages before that), the collection appears to be nearly complete from the 1950s to 2000 (mostly mint never hinged), and perhaps 70% before that (mix of mint and used). We note many large format booklets, air mail issues, some souvenir sheets (mostly newer ones), high face value and more. A very clean collection worthy of a close look, overall very fine. Accompanied by the owner's inventory list which appears to be missing some items added in later. (Image)

image France Collection on Scott Specialty Pages, 1853-1973, with a nice representation, starting with used only up to the early 1940s where there starts to be mint here and there, up to the end. We noted a bit of postmark interest in the first few pages. There are several complete pages and sets, plus sections with not too many missing stamps. Semi-postals are strongest from 1944-45 and there is very little other back of the book. Nice quality throughout, with clean postmarks, see scans for an idea. (Image)

image French Africa Mint and Used Collection in a Like-New Scott Specialized Album, with countries Madagascar to Upper Volta, we noted many complete sets, some missing high values, mostly mint, with used here and there, with all stamps in black mounts so never hinged is present. Some countries go to about the end of the 1950s, with many hundreds in all, no expensive stamps noted, still overall fresh and clean with only a few faults. See scans for just a glimpse. (Image)
