New Zealand Mostly Used Collection, 1862 to 2014, in 4 Stanley Gibbons padded albums with matching slipcases. Very strong from the beginning to about the early 1990s (about 95% complete, missing mostly souvenir sheets and some sets in that period), then trickles down until the end. Includes back of the book with postage dues, special delivery, officials and Life Insurance stamps. The officials are of special interest with the two 2 and 5 shillings postal-fiscals (Scott, O38-9 used, CV $252) and many others seldom offered. The collection is mainly used, souvenir sheets after the 1990s tend to be all mint. We counted the Stanley Gibbons catalogue value for 1862 to 1945 only, at £2,373 and the rest should add up quite nicely. A very clean collection, with mostly nice c.d.s. cancels and overall fine to very fine. (Image)

New Zealand Mint and Used Accumulation to About 1995, starts with MH Scott #61 and goes on with much mint, hinged and not, to the end. We noted many high face value items up to Mount Cook $20 Scott #1084 adding up to a large face value. Health stamps are also well represented from number B2 on and with the miniature sheets from number B52a on (not checked for completion). Other back-of-the-book issues are also well represented with airmails, special delivery, officials, Life insurance and Ross Dependency issues. Very fine throughout. (Image)

New Zealand Collection of Mint and Used in Five Stanley Gibbons Albums, 1855 to 2003, very close to complete from the 1880s to the end, missing only a few stamps. Mostly all mint, with a scattering of used (in some cases both), and we note all or most of the souvenir sheets are present. No back of the book. Poland Mint and Used Collection to 2003, in a Minkus album to 1979 and in Davo hingeless albums from 1980 on. The collection starts with Scott #1 and goes on to 2003. In the Minkus album the collection is augmented with numerous duplicates, both mint and used, as well as the occasional imperf set. Among other interesting items, we noted the beautiful MNH souvenir sheet for the Polish postage stamp centenary Scott #830 (CV $135) and most issues of the General Government. From 1982 on, most items present are MNH souvenir sheets. Generally very fine. (Image)

Russia Huge Stock of Sheets, Part Sheets, Sets, etc. from the estate of a well known packet maker, includes an 11 inch high stack of sheets and part sheets (these from the late 1960s to early 1990s, with duplication and mostly very fine, save for some which show margin creases or bending from storage, also hundreds of mini-sheets or souvenir sheets. Over 50 #10 envelopes are stuffed with different singles and sets, usually with two envelopes together (one envelope of CTO and one of mint), some (or all?) arranged to be sold as packets, for example one says "1,000 different", etc. Also includes many more bags and envelopes with complete sets, singles, and topical groups. Easily several tens of thousands of stamps, with tremendous potential for reselling or the specialized collector and probably a very high catalogue value, totally unchecked by us for any better material.
