Some stamps in the beginning were not counted for various reasons (marked as such), rest are mostly fine to very fine. image Retired Dealer Mint and Used Stock, Small Queens to 2010, housed in 8 stockbooks, starting with a good range of used SQs (including a page of fancy cork cancels), then a mixture of mint (some NH) and used with the Jubilees, Leafs, Numerals, Maps, Edwards, Québecs, Admirals (good variety of issues, printings, etc), and so on. Appears nearly complete from the Admirals well into the QEII period. We noted some duplication in some cases up to 25 of each, some blocks of four, including a #162 mint never hinged with perforated gutter at right, many coils from the Admirals onwards, good representation of War, Peace and Centennial issue, etc. One stockbook is full of valuable back of the book, airmails, special delivery, war tax, officials (overprinted and perforated), postage dues, some precancelled issues and several nice CDS cancels. Modern issues (40¢ issues and higher) are featured mostly used. Mixed condition with hinging ranging from light to hinge remnants, to many NH. Overall fine or better, unchecked by us for varieties and shades. High catalogue value and useful lot for the collector, dealer or online reseller. While we provided many scans available online, viewing is highly recommended to better appreciate the value and quality. (Image)

Better items are sheets such as #213 with lower left plate #2 inscription, 11 different sheets of the popular Masterpieces of Canadian Art issue, and two different sheets of the Picture Postage issue (maple leaf). Finally a used stamp collection, housed in a partially filled Harris album from 1897 to 1974. Appears better populated from 1937 onwards with some back of the book representation.
