image German Colonies Old Time Collection of Mint and Used on 11 Stock Pages, a nice quality collection which includes China, Cameroon, Caroline Islands, Kiautschou, Marshall Islands, Marianna Islands, Dutch New Guinea, Dutch East Africa, Samoa, South West Africa and Togoland. Saw many better Kaiser's Yacht issues, nice postmarks, some mint material (including never hinged), etc. Overall fine or better and overall fresh. All pages are scanned online. (Image)

image Germany (DDR) Group of Mint and Used Collection in Six Albums, to 1981, these albums each cover part of the period from the Russian Occupation issues to DDR in 1981. They should allow for consolidation into one almost complete collection, as items absent in one album might be found in another one, or may be present as mint in an album and used in another one. Most sets are complete, rarely missing the better values. Many or most, of the souvenir sheets will also be found. (Image)

image Germany and Area Red Box Filled with Mint and Used, selection almost completely filling a red box with properly identified 102 cards priced with very old catalogue values. We noted German States, mainly Bavaria, Prussia, Wurttemberg and North German Confederation. Also of interest are the early Germany as well as Germany and Berlin semi-postals especially from 1964 to 1986 with up to 10 copies of each set MNH or used. The pages for Germany are over 70% complete as are the Berlin pages to 1959, they are then empty to 1974 with only a few stamps afterwards. image Great Britain Dealer’s Mint Lot in 64-Page Stockbook and Glassines, including some stamps from Victoria to quite recent. Stamps in the glassines are mostly from the pre-decimal era and are sorted by sets only. The stockbook is only partially organized but it holds a very large number of stamps with generally low duplication. For the pre-decimal period, stamps are a mixture of hinged and never hinged, in the decimal period very few stamps appear hinged. We noted many pages of pre-decimal Elizabethan, a page of George VI Offices Abroad, a page of £ values to £10 (3 copies) and lots of undenominated stamps, se-tenant strips and blocks and souvenir sheets. Face value in the many hundreds of £. Very fine throughout. (Image)

We found low duplication of about 5 copies. Noted 4 copies of booklet Scott # BK 174 “A Perfect Coronation”. A very fine lot, we estimated the face value at close to £1,150. (Image)
