Group of Four Covers with 2 and 4-Ring Numerals, an illustrated advertising cover from Saint John NB with 2-ring #7 (small hole in centre of cover and light overall soiling), a cross-border folded circular from Toronto, with 2-ring #2 (struck through silk) with dated corner card handstamp (JUN.3.1869 with tear on back), a folded circular mailed from Montreal with a 2-ring #1 (manuscript dated APR.16.1869, with vertical crease) and an oversize cover mailed from St François de Beauce LC (MAR.31.1858) to Québec, originally rated "3", obliterated with a 4-ring #37, then re-rated "6" (crease, tears on back).
