1984 32c Cartier and Ship Trial Colour Plate Proofs, with nine mostly different, in three strips of three and mounted on a special page explaining the printing process, giving the plate numbers for each of the strips, showing tagged and untagged, etc. Printed in France to commemorate the 450th anniversary of Jacques Cartier's first voyage to Canada joint issue.
