The second album contains about 62 covers and cards put aside for having interesting attributes. Collection and Exhibit on the London District Barred Oval Numerals and Other Better Cancels, all displayed on 27 pages, including some exhibit pages, with most items annotated as per postmark type, catalogue number and often catalogue value.
