1908 2c carmine, imperf. vertical strip of seven with plate number 5299 and Star, showing the scarce Foreign Entry of the 1c design in the fourth stamp (pos. 37), top and bottom stamps hinged, balance including the variety n.h., v.f., with 2004 PFC. This error was caused when the 1c Franklin Die was used by mistake on Plate 5299.
