image Scandinavia and Finland Mint and Used Collection and Accumulation Featuring the Early Issues of Each Country, and to the 1960s. Denmark is remarkable for an accumulation of 74 stamps in the range of Scott 1-14, many with clear numeral cancels and then for the high number of high value items to the 1930s. Finland starts with 9 of the deep rouletted first issues and pages of various Russian occupation issues. Near complete Karelia and North Ingermanland complete this collection in a well-filled stockbook. We can only list a few of the most noteworthy items in this lot. In Denmark: Scott mint 12a and used 13a (c.v. $230), used 79-81 (c.v. $235), used 138 and 141 (c.v. $650), used 145-154 (c.v. $291, mint C1-3 and used C1-4 (c.v. $787).
