image 1891-1976 Neuchatel, mostly Administrative fee stamps ("Emolument Administratif"), extensive collection with used and unused singles, plus 40+ sheets of 25, including imperforate printer's trials in various colors, administrative fee tax stamps mounted in special booklets headed "Timbres-Impot" (notation translated from French "this stamp book must be presented at the municipal cash desk, at the latest July 31, 1974 to benefit from a 2% discount"). The stamps and proofs are extensively described on display pages, v.f. and rare group of Neuchatel revenues (obtained personally by the collector from the Cantonal officials on his trips to the region); some of the proofs and sheets may be unique as any remainders have long ago been incinerated (Image)
