Block of 15, o.g., never hinged (gum skips at right affecting two stamps), fresh with rich color, large margins all around, Extremely Fine, the largest known block of the 4r 1st Period Eagle issue without overprint, with 2010 M.E.P.S.I. certificate. Scott No. 24b; Estimate $750 - 1,000.
