MONACO COLLECTION, several hundred mostly different, mixed mint and used, hinged and mounted in a Scott Speciality album, the collection runs to about 1977 but the pages run to 1994, there are some sparse items between 1977-94, there is also a nice B.O.B. section, the overall condition is really pretty clean with some scattered faults in the early material, appears to be mostly NH after about 1950, a very nice starter collection in good clean album (Image)
