Andrews award-winning collection comprising of 1,000+ stamps and 200+ documents, written-up exhibition style on pages, in six custom binders, covering Austrian and Prussian Occupation issues, provisional Northern, Southern, Eastern Poland, Poznan, Second Republic, Silesia National Insurance, Upper Silesia, 1920-23 Second Republic issues 1920-23, General Duty Stamps, "Podatek od Oboju" (Abattoir tax stamps), "Przewozowego" (bill of lading), "Statystyczna" (statistics for Foreign Trade Documents), "Zlota I Srebra" (gold and silver), "Weksel Gieldowy" (Bill of Exchange), others include Court Delivery, Judicial Fee, Notary, Passport, Consular, Unemployment, etc., also WWII German Occupation, plus Charity related labels, Relief for the Poor, Unemployment surtax, plus others. An important collection of Polish Revenues, mostly fine or better. Part of the collection was in 1919 (Polonus Grand Award at Chicago). It has also been the basis of research which produced 10 articles in "Polonus", "Ukrainian Philatelic & Numismatic Society" and "American Revenuer" journals. There are new discoveries, additions and corrections that have been submitted to the Barefoot Poland Revenue catalogue. In addition, there is an instructions page regarding how material is mounted.
