1920 1l Green with "Administration Thrace" Overprint on Two of Four stamps in a Block, mint, upper left stamp is hinged, others never hinged. One stamp has a Stolow handstamp and another stamp has an unknown expert handstamp. Scott only lists this with inverted overprint and double overprint, very fine and interesting. (Image)
