Egypt and Sudan Mint and Used Collection and Accumulation on 45 Crowded Stock Pages, to about 1972, with lots of back-of-the-book items such as airmails, officials, army post, postage dues and most important occupation of Palestine. About 1,500 stamps and 28 souvenir sheets with some duplication as we saw small blocks and other duplicated stamps and sets. Among the early Egypt items we noted mint Scott 5 (c.v. $325), 6c (c.v. $575), 8-14 with some duplicates (c.v. $522) and 114 (c.v. $140). We noted almost all airmails to about 1972 in a mixture of mint and used, as well as officials, including mnh O17-20 (c.v. $112) and postage dues. Palestine items are scattered here and there, nevertheless, we spotted mnh N1-19 (c.v. $112), N20-38 (c.v. $330), N39-56 (c.v. $223), plus much airmail and other back-of-the-book. Sudan goes to about 1970 with emphasis on the early issues including airmail, army, official and telegraph issues. We noted used Scott 51-9 (c.v. $249). Reorganization will provide more finds. Very fine. (Image)
