image Group of Mint and Used Old Auction Lots, in a small binder, includes a selection of Danish West Indies. These auction lots tend to start in the $20 range of old catalogue value and are often comprised of sets, singles, part sets or small groupings of stamps from the same period. There are 38 lots in all with an owner's old total catalogue value of $2,807. Great material for the re-seller or to add a significant quantity of better material to a collection, as there is little in the way of duplication. Overall fine to very fine. (Image)

image Mint and Used Collection in Stock Pages, 1851-1978, all neatly displayed with used in one column and mint in a second column, mostly used at the beginning, turning to both in the middle period, then to mint only near the end. The used have many nice town cancels, especially in the early definitives plus a nice assortment of 3-ring numerals on the first page. Some of the better used items we saw include #s 2a (x3), 2b (x3), 3, 4 (x3), 5, 6, 7 (x4), 8, 9 (x7), 11 (x2), 12, 13 (x2), 16 (x2), 17, 18 (x3), 19, 27, 31 (x3), 32 (x3), 33, 34 (x3), 35 (x3), 37, 82 (x2), 135 (x2) and so on. Catalogue value given is the owner's from a while back, but as we checked these listed items, we noted that some prices had gone up and some down. Owner's value includes $5,956 in value for items more than $1 and $399 for items under $1. Overall fine or better. (Image)
