#12, London Last Printing 1862 10c Blue, complete to large margins, used on May 3, 1865 cover from Puerto del Huasco to La Serena, initially tied by mute circular type of bars with matching dispatch c.d.s. in red at lower left, the cover being endorsed "Correo de tierra" (overland) and confirmed with the usage, at Freirina, of the framed "Franca" handstamp in blue which also ties the franking, with corresponding c.d.s. alongside, very fine; an exceptional usage of two cancellations tying the franking and originating from two localities which are rarely encountered on mail bearing the imperforate "Colón" issues.
