CEYLON 1872/1900 VICTORIAN DECIMAL PERIOD COLLECTION. mint, used, unused and "Specimen" overprinted singles in mounts on pages and nicely enhanced with some shade varieties plus an array of 1885 issue (few error surcharge reference forgeries) and 1888/90 issue surcharge errors, highly complete for the period incl the high values and official overprints, a list of the premium issues would be quite lengthy and there are numerous $100+ cat value singles throughout, also nota 1866 3d Rose and 1893 30c imperf pairs, put together by a knowledgeable and selective collector resulting in a collection with many of the mint o.g., and in condition far better than typically seen, VG-VF, ideal for continuation
