image 1939 U.P.U. Presentation Folder, containing 29 different mint stamps (including postage dues) of the period, up to 10fr, with fancy webbed inter-leaving. The stamps are displayed on lovely pictures of the topics at hand on one side, and large blow-ups of some stamps on the other sides. The folder is prefaced and signed by the Governor General of Algeria on March 2, 1939. Very fine and scarce. (Image)
