In two volumes, one White Ace (to 1977), the other a binder holding Scott Specialized pages (1977-); begins with a solid collection of Roman States issues, mostly mint, and continues with Vatican City proper complete less #30 and 31; features two sets of the 1934 Provisional Surcharges, one used (each stamp signed, most by A. Diena), one mint (all signed A. Diena and others, #37, 39 and 40 each with 1989 APS certificate); #155a (any crease appearing in image is from the mount; the sheet is sound), C16-C17 (hinged), C18-C19 (mint hinged plus used), C20-C21 (hinged), C22-C23 (hinged), and all else besides; also includes several covers, among which an 1855 folded letter outer sheet with 1baj manuscript cancelled, plus #155a on a Registered First Day Cover, etc.), Very Fine, be sure to view. A collection of several hundred mint and used singles plus souvenir sheets and full sheets, all housed in sheet files or neatly mounted on quadrille pages in a binder. The singles collection including a used 35 and 36. Mint unless noted: 28-31, B1-4, E1-2, Q4-13, used 41-54, also a set of sheets of 20 of C60-62. We note 75 full sheets between 1972 and 1975, all different. A nice holding to break down for eBay sales. The late owner's 1991 Scott value was over $2500 with main value in the mint.
