Virtually intact in 4 Scott Specialty albums; starts with used #2-5 & 12, the is basically complete mint front only the rest of the period, including all of the souvenir sheets (not the miniature sheets and no imperfs); also includes a very strong section of the various 1919-20 Occupation issues (only a few are expertized); and condition is F-VF. throughout, with NH beginning in the mid-1950s, plus a good number earlier. A terrific lot.
