Solid collection on Scott Specialty album pages; loaded with better stamps from all of the States, especially Bremen, Hanover, Mecklenburg, Oldenburg, and Schelwig-Holstein and including Thurn & Taxis and the North German Confederation. Condition is only average for the area, but Scott value is huge and will allow someone to fill in some tough spaces at a comparative bargain price.
