Germany, Balance of the Collection, 1872-2014. Collection balance in 4 Scott Specialty albums; starts with the 1872-1900 Issues complete used (2kr Large Shield is unused); then, from the 1900 Germanias, the collection is just about complete mint, missing only the Vineta provisional, the 3m watermarked Circles, the 1¼m watermarked Quatrefoils, and the three best Semi-Postal souvenir sheets; also included are issues for the French Zone, the Soviet Zone, West Berlin and the German Democratic Republic, with all but the Soviet Zone being complete for the period, as well as the 1919-21 Belgian Occupation issues complete and five different World War II Feldpost/Inselpost issues (Mi. €3030). As for condition, the early used issues are a bit mixed, but virtually everything else is clean and F-VF, with NH beginning in the early 1960s. Overall, a tremendous lot. Estimate $4,000 - 6,000.
