Give the Devil's Island It's Due!-actually two fiendish French Guiana collections, from "back in the day" when it was a French penal colony, one mint (on Scott Specialty pages, some of the higher values are NH) and one mainly used (on handmade quadrille pages); you'll need someone to bake a pair of tongs into a cake to handle this!
