Housed in a Scott Specialty album; no Africa (offered elsewhere in this sale), but the rest of the francophone fraternity; French Colonies general issues mostly used (and strongly duplicated with shades) but include a mint #7, 14, 15 and 19 among others, with just two blank spaces; the bulk of the collection, running from Alaouites to Wallis & Futuna, is overwhelmingly mint and solidly filled; note many First Issue Navigation & Commerce items, gorgeous Pictorials throughout, extensive early Syria overprints, good Indochina and region, very nice St. Pierre & Miquelon (including a PF certificate for #208A), etc., etc.; a quality collection with nary a fault, Fine to Very Fine with much better throughout, take the liberty to view in-depth.
