Housed in a single Scott Specialty album, both countries highly complete (Chile running 1853-1978, Colombia 1860-1980), with early issues as strong as more recent; Chile includes a smattering of stationery, and both feature lovely Revenues not often encountered; Colombia also enhanced by a wider array of States' issues than normally included in such collections; the occasional condition issue, but effectively all fresh, bright and sound, Fine to Very Fine with much better, inspection invited. On Elbe quadrille pages, mostly complete, most of which seem correctly identified, including some difficult issues, starting with early imperf Columbus issues with various printings and papers with numbers 1-10, #7 with APS certificate, 11-14, 15-19, 25-36, 58b mint, 83-97 (top values are mint), 254-55, C1-2, C8, C9-14, C89, C124, various better mid 1960's to early 1970's souvenir sheets, good page of early handstamp postage dues, J19-30, O5-7, O10, O11 (2) and a page of various revenue stamps; mixed condition, but generally Fine to Very Fine.
